We are looking for a planning officer/case officer who wants to work with referrals and cases related to urban planning and permitting processes. You will handle incoming referrals from authorities, network owners, and other stakeholders and coordinate responses within the framework of relevant legislation. The referrals may concern road plans, nature reserves, and other area protections, establishment of solar and wind power, battery storage, as well as consultations related to concession applications. The role involves monitoring the interests of the business and contributing to creating good conditions for the expansion and reinvestment of transmission networks and associated facilities.

You will be part of a team with several functions within urban planning, with many internal and external contacts and a clear focus on efficient processing and shorter lead times.

• Process and coordinate incoming referrals and cases from external stakeholders.
• Prepare and compile referral responses according to applicable legislation, such as the Planning and Building Act, Environmental Code, Electricity Act, and Road Act.
• Monitor the interests of the business in consultations and referral processes related to infrastructure and power networks.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and coordinate input to ensure clear and well-founded referral responses.
• Contribute to streamlining work methods and processing processes to reduce lead times.
• Participate in business development within the unit.

• Experience in case and/or referral management related to urban planning or permitting processes.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and deliver structured, clear responses.
• Good experience working with many contact points, both internally and externally.
